Wrap Around Extension

The first phase of the project was constructing a wrap around extension to significantly increase the property’s living space. The extension was built to seamlessly blend with the original bungalow while providing a bright, open-plan layout for modern family living.

To complete the extension, we installed a high-performance EPDM rubber flat roof, offering exceptional durability and long-term weather protection. The existing roof was completely removed and replaced with a new pitched roof finished in stylish grey Marley Modern concrete roof tiles. The new roofing system included breathable membrane, treated battens, new ridge details and all associated roofing components to ensure maximum protection against the British weather.
